Aurélie d'ASSIGNIES-CHAUVIN
Graduated in cooking and baking, it's alongside top chefs of Lyon's gastronomy that the chef Aurélie d’ASSIGNIES-CHAUVIN, a former logistic engineer in the electronics industry, enriches her passion for cooking (Mathieu Vianney restaurant “Les Oliviers”, “The Art and the Way” restaurant, “L'Arc en Ciel du Méridien” restaurant).
Since 2005, Délicieusement Vôtre has been the opportunity for her to share mouth-watering recipes and pass on culinary tips in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy her simplicity and enthousiasm and will cook the freshest produce with professional utensils. You will be given an apron and tea towel to use during the session and a glass of wine to celebrate your achievements.
Sébastien BLANDON

Born into a family of producers and food professionals in the Bugey for 3 generations, Sébastien BLANDON is a certified cooking teacher and has been teaching his knowledge at the François Rabelais hotel school in Lyon for many years. He also teaches at the training center GRETA and joined the Délicieusement Vôtre team in 2006.
You will benefit from his great culinary expertise and his outstanding pedagogy.
